Education and Experience:
1. Participates in and supports department project teams. May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally. Responsible for the import and export business of the laboratory, including customs declaration, inspection, customs documents, tracking and domestic transportation to the company, etc., coordinating and resolving abnormal problems during the import and export process.
2. According to project requirements, responsible for applying for import and export licenses, risk assessment
3. Handle the follow-up and processing of external affairs such as customs inspection
4. Complete the work assigned by the Line Manager.
5.Participates in ongoing Training on new Regulations concerning Import/Exports activities.
6. Maintains Import/Export documentation files and updated PPD Owned Metrics Indicators Reports.
7. Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with moderate guidance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, chemical biology, or a related field.
2.At least one year of import and export related experience;
3.Good English and communication skills both written and verbal
4. Possess excellent writing skills;
5. Careful and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
6. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills and organizational management abilities;
7. Possess keen observational skills and business foresight, strong stress resistance and innovative spirit.
