Job Description

The opportunity:

Are you a student currently pursuing studies in accounting, finance, or a related field and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic professional environment?

Here’s your chance: a temporary, part-time position to accommodate your school schedule.

Reporting to the Manager of Import Payables, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions and payments related to Imports.

As the Import Payables Clerk, you ensure payments to vendors are processed accurately and on time and through correct payment channels.

What Will Your Tasks Look Like?

Verify and match invoices with received emails;Generate various reports to ensure all invoices are accurately recorded for payment;Enter payment-related data;Prepare invoices for payment processing;Send payment details on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

Working towards a college or university studies in accounting, finance, or commerce (or equivalent);Minimum 6 months relatable experience would be an asset;Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel;Strong attention to detail and accuracy;Bilingual (French and English);Available 2 to 3 days per week (Monday to Friday);On-site presence required on Mondays.
