Job Scope: Building the Continual Improvement DNA through Lean Six Sigma - Develop a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause. Support development of Sourcing & Logistics strategies to deliver measurable financial/value add benefits. Work closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders to develop Value Creation, Customer/Client Satisfaction, and process optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Six Sigma Implementation:

Lead Six Sigma projects to improve processes & enhance overall quality in operations.Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.Drive culture & develop competency of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

RPA Initiatives:

Identify opportunities for process automation using Process Automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.Collaborate with IT and operations teams to deploy and maintain RPA bots, monitoring their performance and making improvements as needed.Train and mentor team members on RPA concepts and best practices, promoting the adoption of automation technologies.

Project Management:

Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including Six Sigma and RPA initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality and automation standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use statistical tools and data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, including potential for automation.Conducting root cause analysis for complaints and establishing sustainable action plansProvide detailed analysis and reports to leadership on project outcomes, process performance, RPA effectiveness, and quality metrics.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation solutions.

Training & Mentorship:

Train and mentor Green Belts, RPA developers, and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, RPA tools, and related techniques.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development in quality management and automation.Conduct workshops and training sessions to build Six Sigma and RPA capabilities across the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders like IT and Finance to develop sourcing and logistics strategies, ensure alignment on project objectives and deliver value-add benefits.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates and gain buy-in for process improvements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all process improvements and automation solutions comply with industry standards, and company policies.Regularly review and update quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery, incorporating RPA where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 8+ Yrs. of overall experience out of which minimum of 5 years in driving/leading Process Excellence.Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Six Sigma projects and RPA initiatives in an ITES/BPO environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently in complex, challenging environment.Proficiency in statistical analysis software and RPA tools (e.g., Minitab, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
