About this opportunity:
We at Ericsson are actively seeking an Improvement and Performance Manager. This unique opportunity involves identifying, driving, supporting, and facilitating potent transformations and changes - from discerning business requirements to achieving superior business results. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering improved customer, operational and/or financial performance impacts alongside the requisite cultural changes. You will be expected to actively participate in target-setting and operational performance management, and to bring your analytical expertise to bear on our transformation initiatives, business processes, units and functions. By above, you are expected to build a very wide knowledge of how to run organization in a better way, and high collaboration skills on wide coverage within the company.

 

What you will do:
- Proactively scrutinize and propose enhancements to processes, methods of operation, workflows and organizational structures.
- Define business cases and set the view of purpose alignment for transformation initiatives.
- Identifying and managing risks associated with transformation initiatives.
- Drive transformation initiatives from inception to adoption, while ensuring OKRs are met and business cases realized.
- Partake in target setting and operational performance management.
- Apply your analytical skills to transformation initiatives, business functions, and units.


The skills you bring:
- Process knowledge on general presale and project management or EBP (Ericsson Business Process and Finance Processes)
- Agile Program / Projects Management Skills.
- Analytical skills by both traditional tools excel, power BI and automation /AI.
- Change Management and Change Communication.
- Influencing and persuading skills. 
- Build Business Case and Drive Results.
- High adoption of Ericsson culture, work with integrity.
- Business-level English language skills.


What would potentially be a plus:
-    Local language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
-    Customer understanding
-    Finance knowledge
