We are hiring an Improvement & Reliability Engineer to join our team.
The Improvement & Reliability Engineer will manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of essential work processes, including maintenance and MIQA, while ensuring compliance with MTSA security regulations. Also, will drive improvements that align with our business objectives and uphold our license to operate, all while maintaining security compliance at our facility.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also function as the site IT focal point. This includes collaborating with DuPont IT for basic network troubleshooting, assisting site personnel with their IT needs, and facilitating necessary system updates.
This position is a day shift role, but there may be times when overtime or weekend work may be required.

Site maintenance support through SAP and the maintenance work process.MIQA (Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance) Focal PointSite Reliability Focal PointAdminister the MTSA requirements for site Security.Manage the site improvement process through capital and expense projects.Site IT network, phone, and security camera system supportQualifications:
Bachelor of Science engineering degree. This role has supervision responsibilities for Site Security and will require MSTA certification to be the site Facility Security Officer (FSO).Experience in a maintenance environment is desired. The Pay range for this role is $64,680.00 - $101,640.00 Annual
