At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields * 1+ year experience in designing, building, deploying, and/or maintaining software/ML solutions * 1+ year experience in building web and mobile applications and/or integrating RESTful APIs * 1+ year industry experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Results-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple teams **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge in building machine learning workflows necessary to productize AI platforms and enable self-service AI solutions * Knowledge about z/OS and development and testing on z/OS environment * Knowledge about Transaction Managers and Database Management * Thorough understanding of source control management tools (GitHub) and Agile Life Cycle Management
