Rapid Solutions is seeking an Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE) Administrator to lead and support calibration process-related activities across all divisions. This position will report to the Quality Director.
Adhere to the existing processes and enhance them over time to make them more robust by collaborating with all the Lab POCs and/or managers.
Obtain quotes from outside suppliers and collaborate with the procurement team to secure PR/PO. Send and receive calibrated equipment from suppliers. Review calibration certificates for out-of-tolerance conditions. Initiate the out-of-tolerance process with the Lab POC/Manager and follow up until closure. Update and maintain the asset database anytime a new equipment is received or a equipment is calibrated, or the equipment status is changed. Assign QRC codes and affix them to new equipment. Support the Lab POC/Manager with extension requests as required and follow up until closure. Conduct internal verification for all required equipment and maintain records for the same. Send monthly reports to all divisions on upcoming equipment calibrations and follow up until closure. Track & monitor monthly calibration metrics. The base salary range for this position is $52,400 to $89,100. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
