Responsibilities
Performs logical interpretation and summarization of all the commercial and operational terms and obligations covered in buy-side as well as sell-side contracts and evaluates and analyzes the same in line with the requirements of the project.
Leverages different tech platforms / solutions to perform contract abstraction, contract management and commercial analytics undertakings
Performs commercial analytics on the various types of data sourced from the contracts and prepares reports / dashboards / presentations / snapshots for the stakeholders to aid effective decision making.
Reviews work papers to ensure that the same are updated in the central repository and is in accordance with Re-performance standards.
Process consulting Job description
Work with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance.Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support assessment/evaluation projectCommunicate with client to assist in developing effective process vision, process strategy and process maturation.Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows.Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.Contribute in preparing client deliverables (e.g. business documents and presentations) and supporting business transformation activitiesAct as main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.*Mandatory Skills
experience in Risk Management / Internal Audit / Process Reviews / Contract Administration domain, with significant focus on Order to Cash / Revenue Management + Procure to Pay / Source to Pay functions (Preferred Sectors – Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate and Infra, EPC, Energy / Power)
