Responsibilities:

Preparing e-Governance, FRS /BRD/SRS, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Business Process Reengineering, Process Flows, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), User Guide / Manual / FAQ, Imparting training to the users on IT systems etc.
