Job Description & Summary: PwC India is hiring for it’s Markets team in IFS practice for Bangalore. We are looking for experienced professionals (2 – 4 Yrs) with PMO experience, preferrable in GCC projects. As part of this high-performing team, you will get an opportunity to work with a variety of Engagements in with local and global teams across industry verticals.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.Resource Management: Help manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and allocation.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
