Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to enhance our team’s capabilities in implementing, migrating, and governing Microsoft 365 solutions. In this role, you will lead projects, provide expert support, and conduct security assessments to ensure compliance and readiness
Responsibilities:
Lead Microsoft 365 implementation, advisory and governance initiatives.Manage and execute migration projects, including Exchange Hybrid, tenant to tenant, transitions from non-MS sources to O365.Provide senior-level L3 escalation support for Microsoft 365-related issues.Conduct security assessments focused on Copilot readiness and overall compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business needs.Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance Microsoft 365 functionalities.Engage with both public and private sector clients to deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, best practices, and security protocols.Mandatory skill sets:
Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 implementation, upgrades, and governance.Strong background in Microsoft 365 migrationProven experience as a Senior Escalation Engineer for Microsoft 365 issues.Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security and compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred skill sets:
Experience with Copilot initiativesExperience on Microsoft 365 automation projects.Familiarity with security assessments and risk management frameworks.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Years of experience required:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 migration, implementation, and governance.Education qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
