Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for CA/Audit/Tax/HR/Finance roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of successfully filling CA positions. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent in the CA/Audit/Tax/HR/Finance domain.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality CA/Audit/Tax/HR/Finance professionals.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Mandatory skill sets:

Talent Acquisition/ Recruitments/ Hiring/CA hirings

Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in a corporate recruitment environment.

Certification in HR or recruitment

Years of experience required:

4+ years

Education qualification:

BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, PGDM
