Job Description & Summary

We focus on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations and capital asset programs to drive both growth and profitability.

Responsibilities: 

Develop in-depth knowledge of Operations Consulting offerings, tools and methodologies, credentials across industries and engagement modelsDeliver projects as per contract – initially under the guidance of the Project Manager and gradually developing independent project management skill – ensure value delivery to client – work with the client team as per the designed approachAlways look out for opportunities for delivering value to client and thereby ensure maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business/ positive feedbackBuild strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutionsParticipate in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, proposal makingTake up team wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery/ introducing new productsBuild and continuously update Domain Knowledge in Operations

*Mandatory skill sets 

Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholdersShould be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and in situations of influencing.Should be extremely conversant with Excel & PPT. Should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics in excel with key functions. Should be able to make professional presentations in PPTNeeds to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.Needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.Should be willing to travel extensively (20-22 days in a month).

Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.Needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
