Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO Associate to join our Project Management Office team. This role will support the PMO in managing and executing projects by ensuring that proper processes, tools, and methodologies are followed. The PMO Associate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Mandatory skill sets
• Project Support: Assist in the management and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and meeting notes.
• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Help identify and mitigate project risks by assisting in the risk management process.
• Tool Management: Assist in maintaining project management software and tools, ensuring they are updated and utilized effectively by project teams.
• Resource Coordination: Support resource planning and ensure resource availability for project execution.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that projects adhere to governance and compliance standards within the organization.
*Preferred skill sets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or relevant administrative roles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
