Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities:

Assist in acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Support requirements gathering, business analysis and process reengineering to address challenges and enhance government service delivery.Track project progress, highlight potential risks and assist in ensuring the timely achievement of milestones.Prepare concept notes, detailed reports and presentations to support stakeholder review and decision-making processes.Provide support for digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.

Mandatory skill sets:

Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management and project management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to identify core issues, evaluate alternatives and recommend feasible solutions.

Preferred skill sets:

Exposure to government digital transformation initiatives or public service delivery projects.Familiarity with emerging technologies is an added advantage.Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.

3 to 6 yrs

Education qualification:

B.E / B.Tech

MBA (preferrable)
