Job Description & Summary:

As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.

Responsibilities:

Risk & Independence Helpline Support:

Resolve queries and issues efficiently and effectively.Provide guidance and support to Level 1 team members.

               ServiceNow (SNOW) Ticket Management:

Handle and prioritize SNOW tickets raised by business users.Liaise with the Global Salesforce team to escalate and resolve Salesforce defects related to Business Operating Systems (BOS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) systems.

Report Generation:

Utilize SQL to generate and manage reports for the Unirisq System.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of report delivery.

                 CI Tool Support:

Provide single-handed support for a CI tool-related chat group.Address user queries and issues, ensuring smooth operation of the tool.

Mandatory skill sets:

Proficient in SQL and database management.

Preferred skill sets:

Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow (SNOW) platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology
