Job Description & Summary: A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Responsibilities:

Calculation of Net Present Value and Internal Rate of ReturnPreparation of comparatives for cost benefit analysisDetailed modelling to enable Lease Vs Buy decision-makingValidation of repayment schedules received from a vendorSigning of schedules/ arranging of KYCEnsuring monthly pay-out and reconciliation of monthly invoices with 100% accuracy and taking care of necessary statutory compliances like TDS, GST etc.Uploading new repayment schedules timely into the system after checkingSubmission of lease data to stakeholders every monthAccounting for expense and prepaid entry before monthly GL closurePreparing GL Schedules and dashboards for MIS purposesLiaison with employees throughout the organization to propagate the lease process and resolve queriesPassing JVs in oracle to ensure proper books of accountsEnsure proper and timely documentation with leasing vendorsExecute continuous process improvementInternal/External stakeholder managementUnderstand Oracle Applications and navigations of various applicationsEnsuring quality and SLA management by following various governance mechanism to ensure a 100% track recordEnsuring monthly review meetings with Controllers & process leadsCoordinating with team members to deliver team requirements by working togetherResolving stakeholders’ queries timely and accuratelyEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements
