Job Description & Summary

*Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into compelling design solutionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.Develop interactive design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfactionConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating on solutions based on user insights and feedback.*Mandatory skill sets
Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions.Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and effective in achieving business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize design initiatives, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality design deliverables within deadlines.
*Preferred skill sets
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively*Years of experience required
