Job Description3-5 years of experience in IT industry Experience in the Application Support domain knowing support processes.
Knowledge and experience in using Ticketing tool(s)Experience in Level 2 support area (process, KPI)Know how on identity management tasks (identity life cycle process - add, modify, delete)
Good to know IDM, MS Entra, and Azure servicesProgramming skills in SQL and Powershell (basic awareness is sufficient)
Knowledge of IT operations processes is required (basic/intermediate level - build, deployments, patching, monitoring)
Good English knowledge ( speaking and writing )
Customer Centricity Awareness and directly speaking to global customers is a must-skill Ability and motivation to learn new skills
Working in a global team setup is a must
QualificationsBTech/BE/ Computer Science having 3-5 years of experience in IT industry
