As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary: A career within Enterprise Architecture services, will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support business objectives and drive digital transformation.

· Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategies and technology solutions.

· Oversee the design and implementation of robust IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.

· Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

· Guide and mentor a team of architects and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in IT governance and architecture.

· Continuously assess and optimize architectural frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect with involvement in multiple strategic engagements

· In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, Infrastructure security, Networking and other relevant technology areas

· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT sector

Mandatory skill sets:

· Ability to engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate how technology solutions can meet their needs

· Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to support sales and business development efforts

· Proficiency in established EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies

Preferred skill sets:

· Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, edge computing, smart data center etc.

· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing architecture teams · Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee initiatives from concept to implementation effectively.

Years of experience required:

15+ years

Education qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
