In our Sales Representative role, you will:
Contact and develop pre-qualified leads that are generated by our own marketing departmentConduct in-home consultations with homeowners where you will present sales solutions with project/cost estimates and custom design optionsProvide superior service to delight the customer during every phase of the sales cycle to exceed their expectationsDoes this sound like you?

Meeting or exceeding individual and sales team goalsFollowing established sales processes through to completionThorough knowledge of product offeringCompleting training processBecoming proficient at assessing and measuring insert windowsConverting sales leads into salesEnsuring premium/superior customer serviceArriving at sales appointments prepared and on timeQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleA proven track record of closing salesPossesses excellent communication skills: written, listening and verbalAbility to build meaningful connections with customers in the sales cycleSchedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekendsTime and work process management and the ability to work independentlyIn 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance
