We are working with a reputable professional services organisation based in the West Midlands who are looking for a bright and enthusiastic paralegal to assist on corporate law matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal seeking to develop their legal skills in an in-house environment where you will report into the senior commercial lawyer and assist on matters including: · Advising on company law matters; · Advising on company secretarial matters; · Drafting legal documents; · Liaising with and managing your internal clients within the business. You will be a self-starter, organised and eager to take on an in-house role and you will have gained some experience working in a commercial area of law, including: Commercial, Corporate, Company Secretarial, Regulatory / Compliance, Real Estate, Employment or Litigation. The role offers part time or full time. The salary is up to £30,000 and requires some office attendance in the West Midlands office.
