Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a company in the Inland Empire looking to add an In House Counsel to report directly to the General Counsel and work with different departments. This is an exciting time to join as the legal team is growing and work is busy. The role is budgeted to 200K with fantastic benefits. The position will be primarily be in office located in Banning. You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of commercial agreements, construction and real estate agreements and related documents, IT agreements, professional services agreements, master service agreements, engagement letters, and all other contracts and associated matters as assigned.
