THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor c 2-5pqe to join a successful and fast growing international business. As a member of an established legal department, you will be responsible for a broad ranging co/co/IT workload.
The core areas of work will cover; data/software contracts, outsourcing agreements, NDAs, client agreements and amendments for new products and customers, vendor agreements, software license agreements, standard terms of business, and inter group agreements.
The post holder will also have an opportunity to handle new business projects as the organisation grows
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid academic background, with commercial ot corporate experiecne gained from a leadingr law firm
You will enjoy working in a business facing role, and will have the confidence and technical skills to manage processes from start to finish.
Candidates with German languages skills would be of interest
