Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for: Performing installation, preventative maintenance, calibrations, certifications, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Laboratory (Measurement and Analytical Devices) - related products at customer locations – and our Depot. Maintain accreditation ISO/IEC 17025;2017 – Quality Management System Documents. Responsible for resolving first-line customer service issues and accurate completion of documentation and related service reports.
What You Need to SucceedRequirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3), bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Analytical Instruments) Install, diagnostic and repair is required for these positions. • Experienced in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and repair in Laboratory Instruments is preferred. • Exposure to software integrated devices • Experienced in ISO accreditation process is a plus. • Likes dynamic jobs & traveling and Calibration Laboratory housekeeping. • Good communication skills, verbal and written, problem solving. • Having SIM A is a must
