In-Life Customer Success Manager
In-Life Customer Success Manager Job Description: We are searching for a Customer Success Manager at Sage. The In-Life Customer Success Manager (CSM) serves as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers to ensure their success from purchase to the going live on Sage Software. In this role you will help implement a collaborative sales motion with the partner that allows for high customer SAT, drives product adoption, and ensures customer success in gaining value from their Sage investment. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of customers to ensure that they are realizing consistent value from their Sage partnership. • Build and foster strong relationships with the partner channel to maintain alignment on implementation schedules • Drive customer adoption and build confidence in the new processes and solutions they are implementing • Collaborate with partner, support, product and engineering teams to address customer concerns and mange expectations. • Consult with customers regularly to check in on progress and uncover ways to deepen their relationship with Sage • Own the outcome of your portfolio of customers including adoption and retention • Demonstrate enthusiasm about the opportunity to help customers daily. • Act as the voice of the customer when relaying feedback about product or services. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years in a Customer Success Management role at a SaaS company. • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of SMB customers across various points in the customer journey. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Organized with a high degree of attention to detail and follow-through • Self-Motivated and able to be proactive in solving problems • Process oriented with comfort using systems to track and report activities • Aptitude for learning software and comfort with fast paced environment. • Prior experience using Customer Success Software such as Gainsight, experience working with ERP systems preferred.
