Job Description & Summary

A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

*Responsibilities:

· Must have experience in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings and IT Governance

· Focused experience of leading client consulting projects · Should have strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industry-specific primary and secondary research

· Candidates should have excellent client management and communication skills (written and verbal), along with presentation capability to CxO levels

· Preference for consulting experience with premier strategy consulting firms/ Big4 firms

· Immediate joiners preferred

*Mandatory skill sets

· 6+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation, Digital Operating Model

· Must have experience of setting up IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center

*Preferred skill sets

· Must have experience in preparing Business case for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center

· Desirable experience in designing IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT

*Year of experience required

· Minimum 4+years of experience plus MBA is required for the role

· Overall experience can vary between 6 +Years

*Educational Qualification

· Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies Big4preferred

· B.E/B.Tech + MBA
