Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach

Responsibilities:

8+ years of Agile coaching experience, total exp 12 years4+ years of exp. operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)Should have a valid certification (SAFe Program Consultant / SAFe Agilist 6.0 / ICP-ACC)Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFeExperience in guiding enterprise-level Agile transformationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to foster a culture of continuous improvementCan think outside the box and has good consulting experienceHave interacted with senior stakeholders viz. in the CxO lineUnderstands and has 4+ years of extensive work experience on JIRA / Azure DevOpsFlexible to travel for (25 to 30) % in a yearBusiness Analysis exposure will be an added preference

Mandatory skill sets:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, specifically within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams and leaders to improve Agile practices.
