Responsibilities:

1. Business Analyst
Must-Have Skills
 Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
 Process Analysis, Testing Support (UAT), Change Management.
 Jira & Confluence proficiency.
 IT Project Coordination, SDLC knowledge, Agile/SAFe experience.
 Strong communication, analytical, problem- solving skills.
 Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Good-to-Have Skills
 Lucidchart, UX Design basics, wireframing.
 Cloud basics, data analysis, APIs.
 IT business integration experience.
 Cross-geography collaboration.
 Strong teamwork and learning ability.
 Independent, self-starter, can operate with minimal supervision.
