A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you’ll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of our Sales and Marketing practice.
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee the development and management of our Priority Accounts program. This role is critical in driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional value to our key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-impact programs, ensuring alignment between business and client perspectives, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:
Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies for the Priority Accounts program, ensuring all activities are interconnected and aligned with overall business goals. Program Management: Oversee the execution of program activities, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver value. Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Business Insights: Actively engage in sales insights generation, including identifying new opportunities niches, whitespace areas for solutions and data led-opportunity mapping. Governance and Decision-Making: Establish and manage governance structures that prioritize outcomes and facilitate timely decision-making to ensure program momentum. Team Leadership: Help facilitate and mentor the account driver community by setting clear priorities, providing coaching opportunities and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
