Salesforce B2C Development Lead: -

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2C Development Lead to guide our development team in delivering robust and scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) and demonstrate leadership capabilities in managing and mentoring a team of developers. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce B2C Commerce solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical plans.Oversee integration of Salesforce B2C Commerce with third-party systems and other Salesforce platforms.Establish and enforce development best practices, ensuring code quality and performance.Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce B2C platform and integrations.Stay informed about the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features, capabilities, and industry trends.Lead the planning and execution of testing efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Document technical architectures, solutions, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams.Skills and Experience Required
5+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations. At least 2 years of experience of solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform. Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.). Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products. Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools. Proficient in utilizing B2C Commerce UX Studio, Site Genesis, and SFCC SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture)Proficient in working with OCAPI, Commerce API, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.Familiarity with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins for CI/CD.Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including platform security, performance optimization, and governanceProven experience in solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. A good work ethic, passion for product quality and attention to detail.What We Offer:
