Job Description & Summary

A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Responsibilities:

Common accountabilities:

- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Good fundamentals knowledge in REST APIs and Microservices.

- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific accountabilities:

* Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.

* Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.

* Size specification and validation work.

* Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.

* Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.

*Design API request and response structure via tools like swagger or Stoplight.

* Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, and review test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity

* Ensure traceability of tests with specifications

* Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

* Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.

* Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.

* Support team stakeholders by participating to team ceremonies: Agile forums, Team meetings, Solution assessments

Good to have requirements:

Business Analysis, Good fundamentals knowledge in REST APIs and Microservices.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

6-9 years of experience with 4 years of Business Analysis experience

Preferred Skill Sets:

PMI-PBA certification is good to have

Educational Qualification:

MBA preferred
