Job Description & Summary: A career Monitoring & Dashboard will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage to enhance their customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Seeking a specialist to enhance system performance and reliability through monitoring tools, logging, tracing, and performance engineering.

Responsible for provisioning and managing monitoring agents and aligning tools with business and technical requirements.

Optimize licensing for monitoring tools to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Implement and maintain logging and tracing solutions for system diagnostics and log analysis to identify trends and improvements.

Extract advanced features from monitoring tools and customize dashboards and alerts for stakeholders.

Design and implement metric data pipelines for efficient performance data collection, processing, and storage.

Develop strategies for data correlation from various sources and automate pattern detection for proactive issue resolution.

Collaborate with teams to integrate performance practices and conduct performance testing to optimize systems, requiring experience with tools like BMC, Dynatrace, Appdynamics as well as scripting and strong analytical skills.

Integrate and configure monitoring tools like Dynatrace, BMC Truesight
