In-Park Revenue Department Supervisor

Specific Responsibilities and Key Learning Opportunities:

Assist with the development of Food and Beverage, Retail, and Rental Operation.Oversee the daily operation of In-Park Revenue departments while maintaining operating efficiency.Manage COS and labor expenses of assigned In Park Revenue department.Responsible for the training and development of employees and leadership team.Ensure all areas follow safety and health department policies.Ensure daily staffing levels are met to maximize revenue.Responsible for ensuring weekly, monthly, and annual inventory is complete and accurate.Ensure all retail products are properly tagged and organized.Coach and counsel leadership team while displaying empathy to understand wants, needs, and concerns.Other duties assigned

Ideal Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license.Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Strong basic math skillsSelf-starter who is capable of consistently delivering goals with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills.Must be highly organized with attention to detail.Adaptable with the ability to make good common-sense decisions as conditions change.

Requirements:

You must be able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.You must be able to work 40+ hours a weekAble to operate a motor vehicleConstantly standing, talking, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, stooping bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.Certified in Safe Food Handling required and TABC Certifications (only if at age?)Minimum 1 years of Retail Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.Minimum 2 years of Multi-unit Food & Beverage Management experience managing 5 or more leaders.
