Job DescriptionInspection as per CPFailure parts records and analysisCoordination and execution of decision for release /hold/reject partsPreparation of quality MIS on daily and monthly basis for top managementParticipating for internal and external audits to make sure zero non conformanceCoordination of calibration of test/ measuring instruments.Coordination for completion of MSA study for test/ measuring equipment.Monitoring on- going process capability for all critical parametersEnsure compliance to customer audits, external & internal audits, process & system audits,Define quality instructions & concern people to follow.Initiation & execution of A3 and 8D problem solving methods for internal and external customersSupport for NPD & samples parts production and layout inspectionCoordination / support for ECR implementation

Qualifications

BE (Automobile/Mechanical) 

3 to 5 years of experience

Additional Information

Critical Knowledge: Handling Measurement instruments, Statistical process control, MSA, quality tools, GD&T

Essential knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, 8D, knowledge of assembly processes SAP

Communication : English Communication (read/write/speech)
