In-Room Dining Supervisor

Your Journey   

Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste. 

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties 

Ensure that all in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly and according to guest specifications. 

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms hallways to ensure that in-room dining trays and dishes are collected promptly  

Inspect daily set-up, presentations and delivery amenities  

Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail 

Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments 

Maintain a clean working environment 

Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs 

 

About You   

You enjoy supervising and working as part of a team   

You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments 

You have basic communication skills  

You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same 

You are trustworthy and have integrity  

 

Must Haves   

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays  

Ability to collaborate in a team environment  

One year minimum of experience in Food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment 

Computer skills  

Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements  .   

Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 

Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift 

Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi -regular basis
