HUGO BOSS are seeking an In Season Merchandiser to join our In Season Merchandise team based at our Support Office in Melbourne. Reporting directly to the In Season Merchandise Manager, this role is responsible for the end to end management of the aged inventory lifecycle for our outlet business.
What you can expect:
\n\tOperational execution of the aged inventory lifecycle for outlet including allocations, consolidations and markdowns etc\n\tDelivering merchandise performance targets and KPIs\n\tCompiling detailed insight into outlet performance (competitor analysis, post season analysis)\n\tCoordinate regular outlet meetings locally and where relevant regionally\n\tManaging the end-to-end coordination \n\tEnsuring product range information & attributes are accurate and up to date at all times\n\tReviewing stock levels and delivery schedules\n\n\n

Challenges of this role include;
\n\n\n\n\n\tHolistic management of the outlet promotional calendar; from planning and implementing relevant and timely promotional activities to undertaking post performance analysis on process improvement and future activity recommendations\n\tDelivering the local merchandise and allocations strategy to achieve desired sales, inventory turn and sell through objectives\n\tWorking collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail & Logistics departments to achieve the business strategy for the Brand \n\tBeing able to prioritise and manage workload within a fast paced, high volume and ever changing environment\n\tInitially working closely with internal and external stakeholders to set up and launch our e-commerce venture\n
Your profile:
\n\tPrior experience working within apparel retail in a merchandise, planning or allocations role. Outlet experience would be highly regarded\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication to meet the requirements of the audience\n\tOutstanding time management skills and take a proactive approach to work\n\tSound computer literacy, business analysis and reporting skills\n\tPrior experience using SAP would be highly regarded\n\tAn eye for detail and the ability to think analytically and be outcome orientated\n\tThe ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team\n
