Job Description & Summary
A career within Tax and regulatory Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Contract and compliance to enhance their customer experiences
Responsibilities
The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:
Mandatory skill sets
Extensive experience (4 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews Robust project handling skills Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.*Preferred skill sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail*Years of experience required
Minimum 3-6Years*Education qualification
LLB, LLM, additional qualification of Company Secretary and/ or any other compliance certification would be preferred
