Responsibilities

• Review the architecture for business applications and suggest improvements;
• Ensure the development process aligns with industry standards and organizational goals.• Conduct feasibility assessment and roadmap definition for future state.
• Assist in evaluating application performance and conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure applications meet required performance standards.
• Partner with leaders and teams to gather requirements and ensure architectural alignment. 
• Recommend technologies and frameworks that align with project and organizational goals.
• Assess effort estimates provided by the developers and
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers

Mandatory skill sets:

Software Design, Application Integration, and Platform Design.

Years of experience required:

10+years

Education qualification:

B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA/ MBA and Certification (SCJP/OCJP/ ESB Certified developer/ Middleware/ Agile development certifications.)
