Job Description & Summary:We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support our IT Implementation Project with a strong mix of business analysis skills, technical understanding, and project implementation experience. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, working closely with development team, functional testing of the system, and ensuring a smooth rollout of IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

· Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.

· Translate business needs into system requirement / functional specifications document.

· Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address process inefficiencies.

2. Technical Analysis & Solution Design

· Collaborate with development teams to design and implement IT solutions.

· Work on system integrations, APIs, and data flows to ensure seamless connectivity.

· Support configuration and customization of software applications.

· Assist with system design, including workflows, data mapping, and UI/UX enhancements.

3. IT Implementation & Testing

· Assist in system setup, and end-user training.

· Define test cases, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validate results.

· Identify and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve them.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

4. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

· Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, QA, and IT teams.

· Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

· Support change management, training, and adoption efforts.

· Create user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

· Experience with ERP/CRM systems (open source system experience will be added advantage)

· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred skill sets:

Business & Analytical Skills

· Ability to analyze business processes and define IT solutions.

· Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, process flows, etc.).

· Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, UML, etc.).

· Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

· Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Years of experience required:

4-7+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst in IT projects.

Education qualification:

· Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or a related field.
