Responsibilities:

Your Key Responsibilities:

Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementationAnalysing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changesDesigning and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processesCreating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementationAnswering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexityAligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions

Your skills and experience

Strong Domain Skills in Insurance (Must to have)Knowledge of Creating data model (logical and physical data model) very good PPT creation and documentation skillUnderstand Analytics, Reporting needs of the domains.Experience in Requirement Gathering and TestingScope managementMust have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns.Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needsAbility to facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties, ultimately driving teams to decisionAbility to work with stakeholders to identify and define priorities appropriatelyProven experience and passion for facilitating requirements gathering sessions and designing customer facing interfaces (navigation, look, and feel) for complex web applications and websitesExcellent strength in time management and organization skills with an aptitude toward creative problem solvingAbility to operate independently and effectively, making progress on tasks while dealing with process and project ambiguityExperience with analysis in Agile development environmentsExperience using Agile frameworks
