We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change

Responsibilities:

1. Camunda BPM 7 tool experience

2. Good database skills & query writing skills.

3. Understanding of case life cycle management, business process management (BPM).

4. Hands on Experience in J2EE, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, WebServices (REST)

5. Understanding on CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

6. Knowledge of APIs (REST & SOAP).

7. Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.

8. Excellent  verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organisation (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors).

9. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status appropriately and timely.

10. Coordinate with business experts (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers) to gather functional specifications and accordingly get them designed and build in product using native workflow tools and by harvesting CMMN and BPMN Principles.

11. Collaborate with testers to analyse defects, verify behaviour, and resolve issues.

12. Work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgement to plan and execute your tasks.

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Knowledge of Activity / JBPM / Flowable BPM

2. Knowledge of any low code platform development

3. Work with architects and team leads to design & implement appropriate technical solutions.

4. Identify, re-engineer and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities where existing processes / workflows may be streamlined or improved to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.

5.  Train internal or external team members on processes, BPMN and CMMN principles or practices. Conduct one-on-one or classroom training depending upon the or desire of the audience.

Preferred skill sets:

Cmunda/ Activity / JBPM / Flowable BPM Certifications preferred

Years of experience required:

3+ to 6 years

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
