1. Compliance Policies:
- Review and development of compliance policies like whistleblowing, conflict of interest, ethics, etc.
2. Compliance and contract controls Audit:
- Conduct Compliance audits to assess the company's financial processes, controls, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed Compliance risk audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance review recommendations and improve internal controls.
3. Compliance Risk Management (CRM/ERM):
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's ERM framework mapped to compliance requirements within the laws with focus on corporate governance.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization and recommend compliance risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk registers and work with stakeholders to update and prioritize risk mitigation activities.
4. Legal: Delegation of Authority:
- Oversee the delegation of authority process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This needs to be reviewed with a lens of Corporate Secretarial laws applicable to a public and private company.
- Provide guidance to business units on authorization levels and approval processes.
- Review and update delegation of authority documentation as needed.
5. Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure that the company remains compliant with all applicable regulations and reporting requirements. - Assist in conducting compliance audits as necessary.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial and risk management reports for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of board reports related to internal audit and risk management activities.
7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance risk awareness and promote a culture of risk management and compliance.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
Mandatory skill sets:
Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Preferred skill sets:
3-6 years of relevant experience in GRC, Compliance review audit, compliance related- enterprise risk management, risk registers, and delegation of authority (jurisprudence).
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using auditing and risk management software/tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

5-7 years
Education qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CS/ Law
