As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary

A career within Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage technology to enhance their customer experiences

*Responsibilities: 

Must have experience in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings and IT GovernanceFocused experience of leading client consulting projectsShould have strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industry-specific primary and secondary researchCandidates should have excellent client management and communication skills (written and verbal), along with presentation capability to CxO levelsPreference for consulting experience with premier strategy consulting firms/ Big4 firmsImmediate joiners preferred

*Mandatory skill sets 

6+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation, Digital Operating Model Must have experience of setting up IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center

*Preferred skill sets 

Must have experience in preparing Business case for IT Shared Service or Global Capability CenterDesirable experience in designing IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT

*Years of experience required 

Minimum 4+years of experience plus MBA is required for the roleOverall experience can vary between 6 +Years

*Education Qualification  

Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies Big4 preferredB.E/B.Tech + MBA
