Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focuses on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities:
Plan assessments to identify the digital needs and challenges of client.Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms for implementing e-Governance solutions.Support in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that milestones are achieved and resources are efficiently utilized.Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including government officials, IT personnel, and citizens.Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of e-Governance services and recommend improvements.Develop communication strategies to sensitize stakeholders / users about new e-Governance services and encourage their use.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, dependencies, etc.Stay updated on national / global e-Governance trends and best practices, recommending enhancements to existing systemsMandatory skill sets:
Should have worked in the domain of e-governance for a large-scale project Experience of preparing concept notes, Business Requirements Document or Functional Requirements Specification or Software Requirement Specification, Testing related activities such as UAT, Test Cases / Test Scenarios, communicating with the development team on the requirements, change management / assessment of the CR proposals by the developer etc, Should have coordinated in the projects with stakeholders from, multiple agencies on the matters such as integration of applications, requirement gathering etc. \Should be able to conduct training programs/ orientation sessions for the new IT modules being developed or enhancements.Preferred skill sets:
Should have worked as an e-governance expertHands on experience of the software developmentProficiency in project planning, execution and monitoringUnderstanding of e-Governance policies, frameworks and standardsSkills in communication and collaboration with various stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of user-centered design principlesYears of experience required:
