Financial Control + Change Management

Job Description & Summary:

• Supporting exiting BAU work which is mainly reporting as per UKGAAP/IFRS/German GAAP.

• Monthly book closure, preparing financials as per Local GAAP and ensuring proper control and governance is followed.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting exiting BAU work which is mainly reporting as per UKGAAP/IFRS/German GAAP.

• Monthly book closure, preparing financials as per Local GAAP and ensuring proper control and governance is followed.

• Preparing review deck and variance analysis for MoM and QoQ basis.

• Assist in project team for any projects related to process automation or system enhancement / migration. (UAT, requirement gathering etc.)

• Ability to work with high degree of accuracy with logical and structured approach

• Ability to self-review, identify issues and investigate / escalate appropriately

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and build relationships within the department and across functions.

Mandatory skill sets:

Financial Control, Legal Entity Control, Business Analyst, USGAAP/UKGAAP/IFRS/German GAAP, Accounting & Strong Capital Market Product Knowledge

Preferred skill sets:

Project Management & SQL

Years of experience required:

2-7 Years

Education qualification:

Graduate mandatory/Postgraduate, CA/CFA
