Professional certification in delay analysis, construction law, or arbitration is preferredResponsibilities:
For construction QuantumQuantum Analysis:Conduct detailed quantum analysis for construction claims including loss and expense claims, prolongation costs, and disruption claims.Evaluate and quantify variations, contractual entitlements, and damages.Delay Analysis:Perform comprehensive delay analysis using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Time Impact Analysis, As-Planned vs. As-Built, Window Analysis).Identify and analyze the causes and impacts of project delays.Prepare detailed delay analysis reports and provide expert advice on delay-related issues.
