Preferred skills: .NET, C#, Sharepoint online, ServiceNow, MS stackDesire to work in a team environment with varying working shifts to provide 24x7 coverage/support.Role:1. Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ServiceNow tickets and other channels, adhering to established response standards for timeliness and quality
2. Validate data supplied by users and upload to systems using established processes
3. Coordinate support activities with specialists on other teams
4. Support testing and documentation
