Job Description & Summary: Application Readiness Risk Reviewers are the first line of review for Risk Management. Requires an eye for detail and the ability to question the accuracy of Technology Registration information as well as any design information provided for sufficiency such that automation is not appropriate. Interface with customers to ask clarifying questions, prompt for responses to open items, provide guidance on next steps, schedule meetings.
Responsibilities:
Application Readiness Risk Reviewers are responsible for the initial review of ARR tickets, ensuring accuracy and sufficiency of information, interfacing with customers and other stakeholders, documenting work, and maintaining strong communication and organizational skillsInterface with AR Risk Manager(s) and AppSec Architects to provide status, raise red flags/ concerns related to IT Security RiskDocument work in the Snow AR TicketAsks questions to deepen their understanding of our processes, the business, and solutionsMandatory skill sets:
Knowledge of the Information Security Policy, Application Readiness Standard, & Applicable Supporting Standards Strong communication skillsStrong English written and verbal skillsCustomer service skills to create an exceptional customer experienceStrong organizational and time management skills to support multiple concurrent reviewsAbility to interact with customers, and ensure customers understand what actions they need to takeAbility to assess whether a control is 'met' or 'not met' (black and white)Preferred skill sets:
