Job Description & Summary
*Responsibilities:
Implementation & Support:
Lead the implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.Collaborate with business users to define requirements and map them to SAP functionality.Configure SAP PP and QM modules (Planning, Production Orders, Quality Inspections, etc.).Conduct workshops and user training for end-users on SAP PP and QM processes.Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM. Customization & Optimization:
Customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business needs.Perform system enhancements and updates in line with business requirements.Optimize production planning and quality management processes for better performance and efficiency. Testing & Documentation:
Develop test scripts, execute tests, and document results for SAP PP and QM modules.Create and maintain project documentation (functional specifications, system design, etc.).Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for production. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, WM, etc.) for seamless integration.Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions that drive business value.Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and understanding. Continuous Improvement:
Monitor SAP PP and QM system performance and suggest improvements.Stay up-to-date with SAP best practices, new releases, and industry trends related to PP and QM.*Mandatory skill sets
